To ensure a safe, respectful, and effective experience for both client and therapist, Hands of an Angel Massage upholds the following standards of conduct. Personal awareness and mutual respect are key to creating a positive therapeutic environment.

Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

• Receive massage in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism

• Request adjustments or end a session at any time for any reason

• Access information about the therapist’s training, licensure, and certifications

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Communicate preferences, expectations, and concerns clearly

• Provide accurate health and personal information

• Arrive on time and manage appointments responsibly

• Treat the therapist with courtesy and respect

• Follow all established clinic policies and procedures

• Reschedule appointments if feeling unwell

• Ask questions or seek clarification on any unclear policy

Note: Receiving massage while ill can worsen symptoms and pose a risk to both client and therapist.
